In 2019, international Silk wat Rally for the first time admitted motorcycle racers into its ranks, becoming one of the main stages of the FIM World Cross-Country Championship. SWR routes are a unique challenge for them, as they are laid not only along the usual sands, but also in a several terrestrial ecosystems. The French Adrien Van Bevern and Xavier Richard de Soultrait, as well as the Argentinean Franco Caimi merged into one Yamaha Team. The Yamaha bLU cRU program helps riders storm the podiums of the most prestigious world series, and in 2019 Van Bevern climbed the third step of the Silk Road podium!
